  1. Overview & Scope

This policy governs all online purchases, service subscriptions, and physical book dispatches conducted through the official portals of STEM Consultants (STEMCO®) and its affiliated An-Nusrah Al-Mawaddah Research & Welfare Foundation. By placing an order or registering for paid services, the customer agrees to the commercial terms set forth in this document.

  1. STEMCO CV Builder Platform Terms

2.1 Service Access & Digital Licensing

  • Personal License: Paid or free access to the CV Builder grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to compile, edit, and export personal resumes. 
  • Fair Use: Accounts registered as Job Seekers are restricted to individual use. Automated scraping, template resale, or agency multi-candidate usage without explicit corporate licensing is prohibited. 

2.2 Payment & Processing

  • Transactions are securely processed via integrated online banking, credit/debit cards, or authorized digital wallets in Pakistan Rupees (PKR) or international currencies. 
  • Access to premium templates, AI optimizations, and PDF/DOCX downloads is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. 

2.3 Digital Service Cancellations & Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Digital Products: Because digital assets (such as instant resume downloads or AI keyword analyses) are fully delivered upon execution, one-time fees are non-refundable once activated or downloaded. 
  • Subscription Management: Recurring access tiers may be canceled at any time through the user profile dashboard prior to the subsequent renewal date. 
  1. Foundation Books & Publications Policy

3.1 Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

  • Fulfillment: Orders for publications authored or distributed by the An-Nusrah Al-Mawaddah Foundation are processed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Shipping Timelines: Standard domestic shipping across Pakistan typically takes 3 to 7 business days. International delivery schedules depend on destination region and courier routes.
  • Tracking: A consignment tracking ID is dispatched via email/SMS upon shipping.
  1. Comprehensive Returns & Replacement Policy

4.1 Physical Books & Publications Return Policy

  • Damaged or Incorrect Shipments: If a publication arrives damaged during transit, misprinted, or does not match the item ordered, the customer is eligible for a full replacement or refund.
  • Notification Window: Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery through the official support desk or email, accompanied by clear photographic/video proof of the damage or discrepancy.
  • Return Conditions:
    • Books must be returned in their original condition without user-inflicted markings, tears, or missing pages.
    • For approved returns due to defective or incorrect items, STEMCO/Foundation will cover standard return shipping charges or arrange a courier pickup.
  • Change-of-Mind Returns: Unopened and pristine physical books returned due to a change of mind must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense within 7 days. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

4.2 Refund Processing Timeframe

  • Once a returned physical item is received and inspected at our central facility, refund decisions are communicated within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back via the original payment method (bank transfer, card refund, or mobile wallet) within 5 to 10 working days.
